Poles, Russians, Ukrainians, same thing?

Obviously they have their differences, but the languages are very similar and if you are fluent in one language, you should be able to understand the rest.

All three look very similar and have very similar cultures, unless your talking about far eastern russians who are practically middle eastern.

Just curious, wouldn't you agree that poles, russians, and ukrainians all come/descend from the same slavic group?

They do descend from the same slavic group, whatever that means.

The same thing? Not at all.

Some Americans descend from, say, British people. Are they the same thing? No.

all of them doesnt like to be asked a question like that, but i agree with you, Belorusians are almoast the same and  other slavic group ppl are much alike

You did forget the Belorussian (White Russia) in your slander.

Travel to all those countries and learn.

Or even better! Stand up in the major square in some of those capitols and scream this question loud.

I don't like your chances of survival.
