Police Background,,,,,,

Question

I'm in backgrounds for a police department in CA. I wonder what BI's opinions are. I have no criminal record, no driving tickets, no drugs, not an alcoholic. However, I had to quit a job without notice because a girl I worked with were dating and she turned crazy. We worked in different buildings when we started dating but one building closed we ended up in the same building. How bad does that hurt me if any? and what if he makes contact with her and she lies to him about me?

You're best bet here is to tell the investigator about the situation before they find out on their own.  You have to be completely honest about everything here.  If you do that, I'm sure you won't have a problem.  If you don't tell, and they find out, they will think you're hiding something and will give you a harder time about it.  Good luck!
