Police Coverup?

What's up with police trying to cover up their mistakes and crimes? Go to youtube and type in Patrick Pogan and look at the video. I guess after the bike rider got hit, they arrested him and locked him up on trumped up charges. So this says to me the entire police force was involved in the cover up too!! Should all the cops in the U.S. be fired and restart from scratch? What about all the people in jail and prison now who are also there on trumped up charges? This is a huge mess.

There's always going to be corrupt people whether in law enforcement, government, business, etc. In the case of that video, the officer was caught red-handed. His fellow police officers covering for him is the same as your friend covering you for something you did. It's just comraderie! If we had hidden cameras around these people who knows how much corruption we can discover.
