Police Maliciously Reported My Car Abandoned!!!!!

Ok, heres the thing, i was arrrested for obstructing justice and resisiting without violence. I was in my car... the cop was full aware that this was my car from the registration, my I.D., and my insurance! Well when i was sent to jail he had my car towed (even though someone was there to take it) and had it reported as "abandononed"! At first i gave him the benefit of the doubt until i found out that this was not just a common mistake and that he would have to call in my vehicle as abandoned. He was very nasty and this could be possible.... Any advice on how to take care of this??? Serious answers will be appreciated!!!!!!! Thanks!!!

Well regardless of "how" your vehicle was towed you were in your car around the time of arrest....police do not have to allow someone to take possession of the vehicle to avoid tow.....

Afraid there is nothing you can do about this as the officer was within his full legal right to tow the vehicle no matter how it was worded.
