  1. u nedda shut da h**l up, no 1 asked fa ya input about da waii i tlk if u gotta problem den go scru ya self dumb***

  2. UnTILL TERI MAA doenst do chodam chodai with them

  3. Misdemeanors and felonies are on your record forever unless you get them removed by the court. The older they are, the less they will effect jobs and so on. Crossing the border in funny. Depends on the other country. Most jobs only look back 5 to 10 years.

  4. i had a misdemeanor  from the alcohol and tobacco board,   years ago,   it took over 7 yrs to come off the record,s  but to this day,  i admit it,  i never know for sure,   what sort of search it might show up on,

and i think that honesty goes a long way,  so i tell them

    good luck with your choices,

  5. 1. Until removed by a court of law through expungement or other means.

    2. Until you die.

    Period.

  6. That really depends on your state's policy on criminal records and who (i.e. employer or law enforcement agency) is accessing those records.

As a law enforcement officer in Missouri I can access the criminal record of a 90 year old man and see that he had a misdemeanor charge when he was 17.

As to how the offense will effect you, it all depends on the charge and your definition of minor. Also different employers view different charges...differently. If you were to apply for a job in healthcare with direct patient contact and had a misdemeanor assault charge then there may be a significant issue.

Like I said it is all relative.
