Police attacks on UK citizens?

In the interests of balance here regarding the so called 'attack' by an 8 stone school girl after she refused to be bullied in Croydon,I've seen footage of the coppers steaming in with truncheons after the onlookers protested about the copper manhandlng the girl!!!!What about the kickings personally and seen on the Sky copper programme were that imbecile Lee Boardman gloats at the thugs kicking people to bitsm and one edition I saw a thug copper ram a drunk's head( who wouldnt move quick enough)against a police van!Ive endured batterings by the police on numerous occasions.What about all the assinations by the murderous firearms unit and the unexplained deaths in custody?The girl didnt slap him hard enough!!Anyone else been on the recieving end of the brutality of the British police????

Well, hmm..would need to see the footage before commenting? Not saying the police are angels, by any means. But would need to see for myself.

I t appears the cops were around the area in a van waiting for trouble to occur,the copper in question went to cuff one of the girls and she rightly protested at the brute manhandling her!the crowd joined in as they saw her friend struggling to help her,one of the coppers tried to heavy the 2 male onlookers and others in the crowd saw all this and assisted the girls and the men in the fracas.The backup were called after the fracas had broke up and they went in with riot sticks!!The police will have to learn to respect people more otherwise they'' spark off another Tottenham and Brixton

I saw this footage as well. I believe it was taken on a mobile phone. Of course the BBC didn't show it being the biased lot that they are. It looks as if they went in quite strong with those sticks they use. I have seen how the Police behave at anti hunt rallies, but have never been on the receiving end myself.

I don't think it was the 8 stone schoolgirl that gave them problems - more like to 30 'members of the public' who joined in
