Police report is Clear. Application is under processWhat does the above passport status say?

I have applied for a passport and been waiting for more than a year now. When checking the status online now the above message is displayed. doeas the above status say i would receive my passport? Your help would be much appreciated.

See once the police report is clear it shouldn't that much time like in your case. So go to your regional passport office where you made the application the most likely cause my be any pending requirement( e..g. like proof of your employment/school )from your side . So go and check out   ASAP.

More than a year is too long  to  wait , u should  get ur passport within a month after police report is cleared , now u should go to ur branch office and enquire them about ur passport by filling up the enquiry form available from the branch   and then  u will know the  reason  for   delaying for ur passport .
