Polish Heretige/Ancestry?

ok i am polish a i wanna find my family crest but i am searching and nothing comes up

some of the names in my family tree are

Prochowski

Gliszewski

Kurzynski

ya so anyways it would be great if you could help me out

oh and the last one was from the 1900's

  1. Sadly, you're out of luck. The Poles who came to America were not royalty and were pretty impoverished peasants who hoped they might be able to own a little piece of land so they could feed their families. They were not of the noble class where family crests and family shields were passed down generation after generation from the days of chivalry. Unless your family name was something like Habsburg or Radziwill, I'm afraid you don't have a family crest or coat of arms. You would have the heraldry of the town or region where your family lived and that is what your ancestors would have fought under. I am sorry, but we Poles just weren't into the same type of knighthood and shining armor the way the Brits were. That type of heraldry never took root in Poland.
