I am a computer technician, and I have to call the customer before I go to his hous to confirm the time.

The appoiment is today at 3 pm.

What should I say?

Hello, My name is ....., I am the "company" computer technician and I just wanted con confirm the time for today at 3 pm, is that correct?

Any Tips to be polite and to say it in a good manner.

That sounds pretty good. I usually just say,

Hello, my name is George, I am with XYZ Company. I have here that I am supposed to be at your home at 3pm today, I was just calling to make sure that 3 is still a good time for you?
