Political, Law & Order situation in Pakistan & Businesses?

We all know that political, Law & order situation in Pakistan is not very good. Many shops and businesses were burnt & looted on the occasion when Benazir Bhutto was assassinated. So what will you recommend to the established businessman if he wants to stay in the business and also to new comers who want to enter into any business?

Basically the problem is of security. The investment opportunities are many, the stock exchange is doing good.

So, to established and upcoming businessmen, I would recommend them to hire security, and get insurance.
