    Saudi Arabia is a monarchy that borders the Red Sea, but so is Jordan.

    Rabat is the capital city of Morocco.

    Turkey is a Parliamentary Republic and the Prime Minister is the Head of Government. The Prime Ministers in Israel and Lebanon are also Head of Government in Parliamentary systems, and the Prime Minister of Jordan is the Head of Government, but in a constitutional monarchy.
