You might be a bad person for "wanting" that to happen. Is there currently a legal basis for doing it? If so, then no, that is not bad. If there isn't a current law saying that they can and should be deported, then "wanting" to deport them makes you sound as if you "want" a new law to be made. I don't know whether or not to call that "bad."
