will not allow work for illegal aliens unless there isn't an american not able to fill the position. businesses will be penalized with temporary seizure for 3 months and a large fine if it violates the law.

1/ legalise all drugs give their distribution to the government undercut the drug dealers and put them out of business,

2/ eliminate income tax entirely - increase sales tax to cover the loss

If I had a magic wand, I'd wave it, and have honest men and women in government.  I think that's the answer to most or all of our problems.  We'd have small governent, no income tax, a free market, an honest monetary system and we wouldn't have to police the whole world.  That's just a few of the benefits.

I think the biggest thing we could do to help the most people would be to eliminate the IRS through either the flat tax or the fair tax.  A tax code that needs 10,000 pages is just way to complicated and needs a major change.  The next thing we can do is change how we educate our children.  We now push every child to go to college and we don't have to.  We will always need mechanics, electricians, carpenters and plumbers.  People in the trades.  Some children want to do these jobs and we should have learning trades in high school.  That way we would lower our drop out rates because children would stay in school who don't want to go to college.
