  1. Don't make me choose! Anyone and everyone who respects 80s epic ballads loves both of these bands equally.

  2. Def Leppard - Both Hysteria and Pyromania were incredible albums that have stood the test of time, and they continue to make new music.  Slide it In was a good Whitesnake album, but then Tawny Kitaen entered the picture and softened them up.

    Whitesnake only had a couple of good songs, DL had entire albums that were good.

  4. I like 'em both, but I have to go with Whitesnake, because John Sykes is one of my favorite guitarists.
