I think the toenail painting is good.  It would give him a profession.  It must be hard for a 3 inch tall person to get a job, but he could do pedicure easily.  I could pick him up and put him on the table and he could also paint my fingernails.  I would dress him in neon colors so that people would see him, and not accidental step on him.  I might set him on the laptop, and teach him to type with his feet, and then he could fill in document forms for me.  I might get him a little skin-diving outfit and he could swim in the kitchen sink and scrub the insides of small glasses, that are so hard to wash.

Come to think of it, I wouldn't be able to keep him.  I have a cat!!!
