Do you give up your seat on the tube for a female?

Do you let females go first through doors etc?

Do you always buy women drinks/meals?

I don't - I thought we were all equal, hence to treat someone differently based on their s*x is, by definition, sexist.

I can be... but where I come from it is hardly worth it as you don't even get a smile or a thank you. So I gave up a long time ago.

I've always been bought up to hold doors open, give up seats etc for females.  It costs nothing, probably is sexist but only to me and I made the choice to hold the door open.  Plus when you have a bad day, you hold the door open, and the smile of appreciation you get can lift your blues.  I probably sound like I'm talking bollocks.

We're not all equal:

Yes I'll give up my seat if someone offers me a female

Yes I let a woman push the door open for me

Yes I buy the woman a drink if she promises me s*x and lays down a non-refundable deposit

I'm a thorough gentleman and I even know how to make eye contact ... in the most sincere way imaginable
