  1. YES!!!!! I take Sertraline on a daily basis. It has helped a lot over the past 3 years.

  2. helped

  3. Tried many different ones (Anafranil, Luvox, Zoloft....) and got nothing but bad side effects. Then tried prozac, and at very high doses (around 140mg) finally got some relief from severe OCD, depression and anxiety.

Don't be afraid to try though, depression, OCD and anxiety really suck.

  4. I was on Zoloft for a year and it was a life saver!  I was sick for a long time with a stomach ailment and got really depressed because I was tired of being sick.  My doctor put me on Zoloft and it really helped me cope better.  I don't have to take it anymore.

  5. Lexapro helped me until my body got used to the dosage so I have to go back to the doctor to get it changed.

  6. my mom took them and it did help alot she was more talkative and fun

but then again she also took some stronmger meds which made her fall asleep :(

  7. Ativan was the only thing I found strong enough to even come close to suppressing my anxiety.

  8. I take Wellbutrin SR (150 mg) in the morning, and Lexapro (10 mg) in the evening - and it has helped me more than a lot!!

I think the Wellbutrin helps me to be more active and "want to do things", and that helps offset the Lexapro, which makes me docile - but taking the Lexapro in the evening helps me sleep better.

    I hope that helps...

Best of Luck to you :-)

    Paul.

  9. Definitely helped! I'm calm but not apathetic. I'm alert but not worried. I mean, it depends on what you're prescribed, how much, and how your body handles it but I definitely enjoy my Lexapro. :)
