Poll! How's your laundry?

There's too much for me, that's what I get for having 5 kids. There's a mountain at the bottom of the stairs.

large amounts, but that is because I only do it once a week. I hate stretching it out and doing it every day of the week. I feel like it is a never ending battle then.

My aunt has 5 kids and her laundry definitely piles up, it seems like she constantly has a load in the wash. Personally, I try to do it every week but more often than not it gets done whenever I find time or whenever I run out of clean clothing. haha

Mine is always done, but I don't have 5 kids!!!!  But, what I do is, first thing in the morning, I check the baskets.  If its full, I wash.  Then dry.  Later, when I get a break, I dewrinkle (haha), and put away.  If I don't stay on top of it, I'm the type to get overwhelmed and just let it take over the house...lol!

W/ 5 kids, I can't even imagine!

I do it once a week, ever Sunday, which means it is done as of right now. Its just my husband and I, so not a lot of clothes to wash, but in the end I usually wash about 3-5 loads a week.

My best advice for you is to get a front loading washer and dryer. We have one and they are AMAZING. And if you get the right kind or at the right time, you get 3 free years of laudry soap, which is a big money saver.

it overflows, and then someone works on laundry all day, and then theres none down there. then nobody pays attention to it and it piles up again.

Not too bad....it's a co-operative effort, I do the easy stuff; whites, bed linens, towels...she does the stuff I might ruin!

I have 5 kids too!

My laundry is NEVER EVER done. ITs in piles everywhere, and i still do at least 2-3 loads a day, some times more like 7-8 loads.

SUCKS! I hate laundry!

I finished all of my laundry over the weekend.  I probably did 10 loads.  Now the only dirty clothes in the hamper are the pajammas that we wore to bed last night.
