  1. d, i have the signature skinny body of a xc runner.  thats why im trying to incorporate lifting sessions into my training to help build my upper body

  2. Looking like a runner means extremely low body fat, thick thighs and an overall wirey figure. My Pecs are too big to look like a runner. Unfortunately looking like a runner is important because that means you have the natural traits of a runner. So I fail at running and looking like a runner.

  3. D.

And I pretty much always have.. Lol not to brag but my middle school gym teacher always said I would be great for XC, tall, lean, long legs... but I was too much of a wimp to act upon my good genetics til I started actually running just over a year ago :)

Lord Nirmal- Aww dont be so down on your running ability. There is more than just distance runners... Good sprinters always have a more built upper body- gotta have strong pecs to pump those arms :)

  4. i'm short, female, and very muscular (5ft 4in. 23in. thighs 11in. biceps, so not typically.  but i say D because anybody could be a runner!
