Shouldn't you say "Poll Adults with children?" Most teenagers don't have children, and shouldn't have children that are old enough to date. you don't make sense.

I'll be honest. I'm white and i'd be P!ssed off if my daughter was with someone from a different race.

I'm not racist but i DO think we should stick to our own kind.

I know there are other religions that have the same opinion but its only the whites that get slated as being "racist" for saying it.

I'm sorry if anyone doesn't like my answer. Its only my opinion.

I would try not to discriminate.  As long as he's a good kid than I'd just learn to adjust.  I wouldn't care if she was friends with boys or girls of different races.  If she dates someone of a different race it's a little different cuz you start to think of her future & the future of their children (if it went that far).  Not that the guy couldn't support them (a lot of asians are very smart), but how they would be treated in society.

my daughter is married to a Turkish man. they have a gorgeous daughter and another one on the way. he was her choice. skin colour makes no difference to me

well i am not  a teenager.. but my oldest daughter did date a african.. and my youngest is so into the asian.. that i am sure my first born grandchild will be part asain..it dont change how i feel about them.. but then again my bf is half mex..so i dont care about race.. just the person

Well, I am not a parent by no means....just a 19 yr old girl. My opinion is ethnicity/race/skin color does not and should not matter. It is about who the person is, not their ethnicity. Personally, I am Caucasian and I am really attracted to Asian boys. My parents would have no problem whatsoever if I started dating an Asian boy, or any other race. They trust me and my decisions....just as many other parents do with their children. But yeah, that is my opinion about the subject!

um, same as if she was dating anyone else. does he treat her with respect? is he supportive? then all is good.

but white, african, asian, whatever, cross my daughter and you will be dealing with mom too.

skin color is only descriptive. like having blonde hair or brown eyes. it means nothing about what he person is or isnt.

I would try to make her see sense and do my best to stop it, but you know how teenagers like to defy their parents, just hoped it would fizzle out. i would definately put a stop to any marriage happening.

I think that race should not matter, if you love someone you love them.  If they are happy who cares.  I dont understand why everyone gets so hung up on races.  People are people  I dont judge the ethinic group I judge the person.  I will give anyone a chance to be my friend.  If they are not up to my standards whatever they look like they wont stay my friend.

Some sterotypes are true, but not everyone fits into them.
