It really depends on what category alot of people changed the world in different aspects like art, politics, war, etc. and it's hard to compare their impact with someone in a different aspect.

Personally I like General Paul Emil Von Lettow-Vorbeck, he was the greatest guerilla fighter in history though the least known. He makes Che look bad, especially because Che was fighting weak governments and Vorbeck was fighting the Professional British Empire Army.
