Hi!

I'm from Italy, and I've just finished my happy dinner (yummy!!!!!!!)

I had pizza-bread with some tomatoes, cheese and creamy-cheese (I don't know I could explain it, it's a sorta of a salad cream... stronger than Philadelphia!) and now.... I 'm waiting for a yummy coffee ice-cream!!!!! :)

I actually had a desire for an egg salad sandwich today which I made & ate.  But no cheese, have to be in the mood for good cheese accompanied with a glass of wine - double yum!
