What are good games to play. (ie boardgames such as clue, settlers of catan....etc.)

My personal favorite is Scrabble, but I also think that Mancala is a great game.  It is an ancient game and has been found in cultures all over the world.  It is easy to learn and play, and is suitable for all ages.  It is deceptively simple, yet amazingly complex, a very intriguing game.
