  1. As hating men is incompatible with feminism's goal of gender equality, it would have to be a female supremacist, who is a type of non-feminist.

Example: There is a "Womyn's Club" at my university. They refuse to let anyone of the male persuasion into their meeting room because (I'm paraphrasing):

-they don't want any sexual assaults

-they might get jealous and catty with each other if men are around

This is what it said on their mission statement, or whatever it is. So, at the beginning of the year, me and my (male) friend were talking to the coordinator, and she said, "We're not feminists. We're liberated." That was all I needed to hear. I never went back to a meeting again.

  2. Feminists hate men. They always have. They always will.

  3. Feminists obviously. Gynocentrism as a likely effect of feminism could also lead to misandry. But we hope not :)

  4. Well most feminists are accepting of all men, so long as those men are not abusive or trying to curtail women's rights.

On the other hand, anti-feminists tend to believe strongly in gender roles, which means they may be less accepting of men that do not not fit this neat little mould. Hatred may be quite a strong word but I get the feeling that many anti-feminists do indeed despise these 'different' men because they provide evidence that gender roles are not set in stone and people are (gasp!) individuals. This is a blow to their ideology and so they may indeed project their hatred onto these men. This is evident in the derogatory terms they use for some such men e.g. 'pansy', 'sissy' etc.

  5. either

  6. all women, feminist or not

  7. Anti feminist - feminists don't hate men, anti fems just state they do. Even though they are told time and time again it's not true they still believe it. So this suggests that they are just prejudice, not basing their hate on sense and reasons. They are probably likely to hate other groups for similar prejudice reasons.

  8. Other men, I'd have thought.

  9. Feminist

  11. Quit trying to wear the pants, the balls, the career, the Mom, the housewife package all at the same time.  It's an annoying turnoff and it's destroyed America.  The wench that started the feminist movement was CIA through and through, it was an operation designed to destroy the American male/family and it has succeeded on every level.  At least try to learn who the real enemy is before you go around blaming an entire s*x for your problems.  I can't wait to leave this planet so I can get away from you morons and my soul will finally be free.  What a joke planet Earth turned out to be.  And stop having kids!  They cry because they're miserable here - they're souls are fresh from the other side and already you clowns yammer and cram your pathetic beliefs into them at birth.  If you can't answer the following question for your planned children: "Why am I here?" with absolute certainty, then you do not deserve to bring a life into this world.  Find a better hobby like male-bashing or something with a real positive outcome along those lines.

  12. Here's a selection of quotes from a variety of famous feminists and I'll let you decide:

    2. "Men who are unjustly accused of rape can sometime gain from the experience," said Catherine Comins, Vassar College Assistant Dean of Student Life in Time.

    4. "I want to see a man beaten to a bloody pulp with a high-heel shoved in his mouth, like an apple in the mouth of a pig." -- Andrea Dworkin

    5. "All s*x, even consensual s*x between a married couple, is an act of violence perpetrated against a woman." -- Catherine MacKinnon

    6. "The proportion of men must be reduced to and maintained at approximately 10% of the human race." -- Sally Miller Gearhart, in The Future - If There Is One - Is Female.

    7. "And if the professional rapist is to be separated from the average dominant heterosexual (male), it may be mainly a quantitative difference." -- Susan Griffin, Rape: The All-American Crime.
