  1. Randy Johnson blew people away. Including a seagul.

  2. tom brady

    or brett favre

  3. John Smoltz.

  4. It must be late and all the Ryan boosters are in bed.  Good.

Bob Gibson.  One game to win, I want him on the mound.

  5. tim lincecum

  6. Halladay

  7. Brad Zeigler

  8. All-Time: John Smoltz

    Currently: Jon Lester

  9. Babe Ruth  (He was a pitcher before he became a batter) had a 2.14 career ERA for five years before he became a batter

  10. The Doc... Roy Halladay. Every game is like Game 7 World series. You seen when he had a huge lead against the yankees? He walked someone and was disgusted with himself. That is a real man who pitches every pitch like it will be his last. Also a real bullpen savior.

  11. Sandy Koufax

Tom Seaver is a very close second.

  12. Bret Saberhagen barely edges out Greg Maddux

  13. Black Jack McDowell

  14. Joe Nathan, Scott Baker, Matt Garza, Gavin Floyd, Scott Kazmir, Ryan Dempster, Tim Lincecum....it's hard to choose just one.

  15. Martinez or Johnson

  16. kurt schilling for the red sox!!!

  17. Jerry Koosman - NY Mets (I was at the 2nd game of the 1969 World Series). Koosman pitched no hit ball for 7 innings and pitched a complete game for the first ever Mets World Series victories. Koosman was an underated lefty.

  18. when i was growing up it was always fun to watch sandy koufax

    the best pitcher ever!

  19. First of all /\ Thats football and a quaterback not a pitcher

    Old pitcher: Rollie Fingers

    Current day:Jon Lester

  20. Sandy Koufax  Too bad arthritis cut him down in his prime. Did you know that Koufax never hit a batter? Had a hard time picking Koufax against Bob Gibson. In the 58 season the Dodgers finished 7th in an 8 team league. Koufax was so wild that he only came in when games were totally out of hand. Because of the Bonus Rule of the times he had to stay with major league that signed him. The Dodgers signed him out of the U. of Cincinnati where he had a basketball scholarship. And to close Koufax may have been the worst batter in the game at the time. He once hit a fair ball into right field, the fielder got it on one bounce and threw him out at first.

  21. My son.  He rocks and is only 9 lol.  Look for him in ten years.  Of course I am just bragging.  Martinez is amazing.

  22. the big unit randy johnson. he's awesome with that look to the catcher just before he throws that ball. i watched him back in the day and he just kicked *** on bad teams

  23. Cobb

  24. I have to go with Bob Gibson.

    One of the most dominant.

  25. Not best, but favorite:  Sal "The Barber" Maglie, who once threw four knock-down pitches in a row to walk a guy and once beaned someone in the on-deck circle.

    Best?  Saitchel Paige.

  26. All time has to be Koufax, and currently its Roy Halladay, i just love his old school type of play.
