Mine [Topnotch Fitness, London Bridge] plays the most awful, saccharine dance and watered-down modern hip-hop.

Is it a law that they have to play c**p music?

Jeez, my gym plays atrocious music!  They must have compilation cds of World's Worst 80's Throwback Music, god knows who chose it.  Thankfully mp3 players were invented so we can listen to decent stuff now and not have our ears offended anymore.

They don't even play any music.

In my gym they put on the music channels on tv, but no one listens to it, i listen to my own music and so does everyone else.

No point in even putting the tv/music on.

Well, I don't go to the gym but I love the music my dance class plays. I've got fairly low brow tastes in music though!

My gym doesn't play music. Haha I bring my iPod or headphones

so I can watch tv while I workout.

OMG! I thought I was the only one who thought that! All they play is cheesy slow old music and ppl r trying to exercise! Shouldn't they play fast upbeat music!
