Poll global warming vrs ice age

if an alien race gave you technology to stop global warming but it would result in an ice age would you use it?

Lets see...Captain Kurk would use it. Then unthaw everything using a proton beam, approved and underwritten by the 'Intergalactic Panel of  Cosmic Climate.' Or (IPCC) for short.

how long is the ice age minni or full blown but if its full blown i probably would but if we tried we could do it our selfs were just to ignorant to see that people need to open there eyes and realize wut there doing

Heck no!!!  

The earth prospers when the temperature rises.  We had a mini ice age that started in like the 1400's and another around 1776......scores of people died from cold and famine...it helped fuel the Black Plague. and you cant grow food when there are frosts as far south as France and the US in July.

Well the last little ice age killed millions in Europe alone and it was a very mild one compared to the average. The one we are in right now is also very mild and about mid way between the cold of the little ice age and the heat of the medieval optimum. So right now we are still in a cool period, the 1930s were much warmer than it is now remember the stories of the great mid west dust bowl.

Yes i'll have to go with Global Warming to stop it before it destroy the human race,  so i'll worry about that first and then i will hope that,  an ice age would not harm or kill the human race too.  since no one would want an ice age to happen
