lol girls do you use tampons or pads or both?? and which brands??

I Have Just started and im 13 years oldd yh and im really scaredd so i use pads but i want to use tampons because i go swimming every week and im a very keen swimmer :(

i use pads cause ive tried using tampons but they were just to uncomfortable for me and i use almost any brand

tampons!

They are so much easier and if you use pads you cant go swimming but you can go swimming with tampons. Tampax applicator tampons are definetely the easiest to use.

depends on the day,the period, it I use pads or tampons but when I do use tampons it's OBs and stay-free for pads.

Neither.  I use a menstrual cup.  It's reusable, so I will never have to buy tampons or pads again!

I use Libra tampons. Or carefree are good too.

EDIT: I should add that if I am having a very heavy flow (which happens from time to time) I use tampons as well as pads for extra protection.

i tried tampons and it hurt so much to put them in and when i got it in i tried walking and it slid out by itself.. so i think : always pads.

they are really good.. but your period stops when you are in the water if you wanna go swimming.
