For my dry scalp and itchiness I use Selsun Blue.  It works well for me.  I don't know about psoriasis.

i use neutrogena for psoriasis and i also use Lidex daily

its helped me soooo much!

Try Nizoral. You can get it at Walmart in the shampoo aisle. I've found it works the best to fight off dandruff, and my dermatologist recommended it.
