Its called insemination. Unlike most plants humans are monoecious, that is individuals have onlyone set of s*x organs, male or female.

Yes.  Humans can use things like paint brushes to pick up pollen and pass it on to a different plant.  This is fairly inefficient and not used on a large scale.  It may be used on single plants (fruit crops, etc) or experiments involving plant reproduction in a greenhouse or laboratory where natural pollinators are not present.

Humans do not naturally pollinate any flowers.
