  3. I shall try to give you the best detail in cooking it as I do ,lol. Me as a Hispanic married woman do this all the time.

OK, get your chicken , cut it , into peaces , or you can to use chicken breast (which ever you prefer). But in tradition , normally its a legs , breast , wings etc .  Add them all into a  a large pan with  2 cups of water , bring them to a broil until you see the chickens juice coming out. When you see the chicken getting cooked w/ the water its self , the pan will start to sound like if it is popping  oil in it ,thats due to the chickens fat , when you see  that then add 1/2 diced onion , 1 whole diced tomato, 4 serrano peppers diced, add them all in till you saute them together . Then you add a block of tomato seasoning , and 2 spoon fulls of garlic powder , 2 spoon fulls of cummin , mix it all up , then add a 1/2 cup of flour-  4 sprinkles of pepper, and a whole can 8 oz tomato sauce , mix it all up , then add 2 glasses of water  and that's it , wait till it thickens . and when its done you will start smelling the pollo asado . You will have to add salt for the final taste of it , but that I will leave up to you since you are the cook. Good luck ! Us here in the valley way south in Texas , use this as a routine to cook at least once a week, kids and hungry working men love it. Best of luck.

  4. Marinade your chicken in Mojo Criollo (Spanish marinade) overnight and then cook your chicken low and slow till done.

We always make fresh salsa and chips with rice and beans.  Add coronas with lime and your set.  Fresh salsa is the key.

  5. Ingredients

    4 chicken breast

    1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 cup lime juice or any citrus juice

    2 teaspoons white vinegar

    1/4 cup olive oil

    1/2 cup onion

    1 teaspoon sea salt

    2 garlic clove

    2 small dried red pepper

Marinate for at least 2 hours :)

    - I'm giving you a star as well, just because you're such a caring spouse! It's a really sweet gesture :)
