Pollo vegetarian - real or fake vegetarian?

Question

Is a pollo vegetarian real or fake. I know they eat only free-range white meat (poultry) and fish, that the only meat they have. Are they real vegetarian or fake?

Would they be called pollotarianist then and not pollo vegetarian?

General rule:  If it has a face, and you eat it, you cannot claim to be vegetarian.
