  1. Obama will not switch to low-life politics, that territory is owned by the Republicans.

The polls show Obama's lead improving not crashing. He is crashing only if you think he should be 20 points ahead, an absurd assumption that has never been true.  I doubt you will think that McCain is crashing if he isn't 20 points ahead after the Republican convention.

It's really laughable how the Republicans here say over and over that the  polls mean nothing, but any time that McCain gets the slightest bump up, the Republican's announce that the polls demonstrate a great turn around in McCain's favor.

The election is much too close to call.

  2. Most pollster agree that when questioning white voters will say Obama by 5% when in actuality they are voting for McCain.

It's believed that they wish to show the pollster that they are not racists.

  3. A nation of zombies feeding on poll numbers. These are like drugs to make people feel better until the election.

I would reccomend waking up real soon.

Vote Independent philoshophy not phraseology---McCain ain't a maverick, Obama ain't change. There are more than 2 parties you know....

  4. I don't know. He's pretty good at getting rid of people who get in his way. Nothing that low life does will surprise me. But it's just to d**n bad. Obama buried himself. And I think it's awesome. Democrat for McCain/Palin 2008.

  5. You mean gang style silencing?

  6. You may prefer McCain, but how can any of you speak so hatefully about Obama?  I'm going to bet he's spent more hours (even prior to be a public official) helping everyday Americans than you?  How can you put a man down so hard, who came from very, very humble means, worked hard to earn a superior education and  who has spent practically his life in service?  How can you do that to ANY man?  Or am I wrong about that?

Instead of putting people down, why don't you instead recommend POSITIVE reasons why people should favor a particular candidate?  Or speak logically and respectfully of the facts?    Negative campaigning is so out-of-style these days - a real turnoff, really.

  7. Oh yes they are crashing and burning! Yee Haw

  8. Ah, route 66, you make a valid, and good point! The Dems always get to go first (are they women that they need to be first?) and they should be soaring, but they are not. I hope people wake up. Obama has nothing new; just re-hashed Jimmy Carter.

  9. Who cares? The real campaign begins next week. The republican's aren't even playing hardball yet. Once they unleash the frightening prospect of Pelosi + Reid + Obama turning our country into a welfare state, and the image of McCain and Palin shaking up the political machine in Washington, Obama's empty promises will lose their luster.

Besides, half of the people who say they're voting for the Black guy in polls won't end up voting for him. That's why we have secret ballots.

  10. Unfortunately, there are still some who are buying his "stardom."  I felt the only people missing from the DNC were Simon, Paula, and Randy.

One of these people,  a relative, doesn''t diversity her news sources and any discussion results in a litany of Obama's talking points.  With followers like this, he won't have to resort to anything - just continue with the same 'ol same 'ol.

  11. Cool!

"The latest nationwide survey, begun Friday afternoon after the McCain announcement of Palin as running mate and completed mid-afternoon today, shows McCain/Palin at 47%, compared to 45% support for Obama/Biden."  from your source gotta love it.

  12. Yep you got it. Maybe he will go ask the Rev Wright for Inspiration...

  13. I hope he does, I am not ready for the Tribulation to start.

  14. Obama is on his way to a six point defeat in November. I can hardly wait to see him slither back to Chicago where he belongs.
