Polpette in Umido?

I have to do a translation of the recipe for Polpette in Umido fron the Trattoria Gigina in Bloogna, Italy. It is due tomorrow, and my dictionary is missing a lot of the words in it. Any help would be lovely!

    Ingredienti:

The polpette they will be still more tasty if prepared with some hour of advance and heated before serving in table.

    PS I'm sorry if it sounds a little weird, but some recipes you can only get in Italian. The other person that answered didn't even try to provide a recipe- so many critics!!! : ( I believe you have a brain, and because of that it wont be that difficult to make out the broken english!


  2. The preceeding translation is ridiculous.  I'd like to help, but you didn't append the recipe!!!  (polpette in umido, by the way, means stewed meatballs)
