  1. it's what you say is true, sounds like it to me.

  2. My sister had been baby sitting for my mothers friend, in an old house here in Port Angeles.  While she watched TV, she saw a figure standing in the children's bedroom door.  It looked right at her and laughed like something evil.  This being as she told the police later that night was really skinny and smaller than any of the kids.  The babies, under 5 but not infants saw it too.  My sister acted and grabbed up the 3 kids and ran out of the house.  Called my mom terrified.  She was told to call the cops, and find out what was in that house?  Nothing was found...and my sister was disappointed with herself for a long time.  Because they deemed it a case of group hysteria.

  3. You might find the book by Colin Wilson by the same name as your question helpful.

  4. What are we supposed to be answering?

    Main Entry: pol·ter·geist

    Pronunciation: \ˈpōl-tər-ˌgīst\

    Function: noun

Etymology: German, from poltern to knock + Geist spirit

    Date: 1848

: a noisy usually mischievous ghost held to be responsible for unexplained noises (as rappings)

    Any dictionary has it.

    He's a lizzard.

  5. Not enough information given to determine the answer.

  6. Personally, i would be scared. From that theres not enough evidence to be a poltergerist. You need more categories. Any rappings or sounds? Its kinda creepy.

  7. My clock hands whizz around when the hour goes on for summertime but it is controlled by a wireless time signal - my bedroom gets untidy all by itself when I am drunk and I am the parent so I don't get into trouble!

  8. It sounds like you have some kind of paranormal activity, but whether or not it is a Poltergeist, I don't know. You need to call someone who has experience in this field. Has anything else happened? Or is this a first time occurance? Have you brought anything new (an object of any sort) into the house? Done anything different from your routine? Those may all play into what is going on. Good luck sweetie!
