Trying to use the Polti Vaporetto 2400, the tank is full (2 liters) and the steam gun attached. It starts to heat up, but as soon as there is just a little bit of pressure, the water out light comes on and the pressure does not get any higher. There is very little spray comes out when the trigger is pressed, which stops after 1 second.
Found there was a fair bit of scale in the tank. Rinsed it out well, but this didn't fix the problem. Even tried filling with boiling water from the kettle and adding kettle descaler. Left it a while and rinsed out well. It hasn't helped.
