Polvo de hornear- is that baking soda or powder?

I am making Pan de Maiz- this recipe: http://www.publiboda.com/cm/pbreceta/2141/PAN_DE_MA%C3%8DZ.html

and the ingredients are: 2 huevos

1 1/2 tazas de leche

3/4 taza harina

1 1/2 taza de harina de maíz

4 cucharaditas de polvo de hornear

1 pizca de sal

1/2 taza de azúcar

50 gramos de manteca derretida

translated directly, polvo do hornear is baking poweder, but make sure i got everything i put the recipe in a translator and it came out as baking soda... which do I use? for cornbread!
