  1. the first thing they always recommend with this is weight loss (which is annoying, because fat women get pregnant and have healthy pregnancies too).

if your periods are regular, then you should still be ovulating. It may be more difficult for you to implant, but you wont know until you try. After you've been trying 6-12 months, seek assistance.

You may want to try Vitex, as this is supposed to help all your reproductive stuff work better :D

  2. i was told the exact same thing by my gyn.  im on clomid and waiting it out.

  3. i have polycystic ovories as well (pcos) i would just listen to the dr. if it takes you forever to concieve then i might check into some treatments. i have pcos and it took us 4 months to get pregnant. i didnt do any crazy charting or anything, but i didnt take any mneds either.

  4. well i have pcos too. mine is bad and not reated to weight at all. it all depends, losing weight can reall help you when ttc. if you do not conceive in the next few months i would talk to your doctor about options like clomid.  if your periods are regular are ou ovulating? try an opk. you will want to do them around day 11 -18 of your cycle. thats the norm. you can also ask to have your doc do a sperm analysis on your hubby and see if thats a factor as well....goodluck....babydust
