Polytechnics: lecturer salary??

I'm expecting an offer from one private polytechnic school in singapore. I have done my masters and have 2 years of werking exp. How much should I expect? What other benefits do polytechnics give to their staff? I heard they provide subsidized housing as well??

you can easily expect minimum of $5000 and benefits like free facility usages in the polytechnic. Housing is not subsidized, its you have to either rent out or stay in campus dorm.
