Check both of the above links for excellent information on the pros and cons of both breeds and then make up your own mind based on facts.

But whichever one you choose be very very very careful who you purchase your pup from as both have and are being bred by a lot of puppymill and backyard breeders.

Toy Poodle.  IMO they are smarter and not as yappier.   They also don't shed like many other dogs.

well toy poodles are better for polishing the car but Pomeranian's make good toilet brushes.

all jokes aside, they are both cute but i prefer the pom as they kinda look like a mini husky, if you squint and turn your head sideways.
