is this new ghibli film out yet if so when can i expect to see it with english subtitles or in english?

Wait for the Japanese DVD release, make sure it has English subtitles and watch with Japanese audio and English subs. It's the best way to fully enjoy most Japanese Anime.

It was released at the cinema in Japan about a month ago, It will not come to the UK until, I think, either the end of this year or spring next year. Not sure of the release date in the USA...but I am guessing it will be about the same time.

Best to watch with subtitles.

There has been no announcement yet.

Judging from previous films, it will probably be out in a dubbed version in about a year. It takes some time to do a good job of dubbing.

Meanwhile, subtitled versions of the film will probably appear at some film festivals. It has been announced for the Venice film festival. See http://www.variety.com/index.asp?layout=... .
