Has anyone noticed today that there is the smell of dog poo in the air in London and Kent? Anyone know why?

probably a gas leak,yesterday in bedfordshire we too noticed a poo smell at about 5pm which was very odd as well.

Yeah....you are right. It is rumoured that such an 'olfactory delight' is coming from Brussels! Probably, the Human Rights Act, getting..........restructured!!

How very odd . . . . walked to my car this morning and there was a distinct smell of dog poo in the air. Thought I had stepped in some, but no I hadn't and I couldn't see any either.

its called the "EURO WHIFF"....many agriculture farmers in Germany France and other EU Countries have spread their land with manuere today...an Easterly wind has caused the smell to travel to us in the Uk!!!!

Apparently there's a smell being carried in UK direction by the wind from le continent. It's been dubbed 'Euro-Whiff' or 'le whiff' and likely to be around for a few days.
