Pool Table Refelting?

Okay, I am refelting my pool table. I just started, and I removed the screws on one of the rails (3 of them) and now the rail is supposed to come off. One problem, it wont. Please help!

You removed screws or the bolts?  Also there should be more then 3.  What size table is it?

I would suggest that you get someone who does this for a living.  If you do not get the felt tight enough you will create bumps along the rails and on the table that will effect the level of the table or bounce off of the rails at an angle.  Although it is not cheap it is a job that needs too be done by profesionals.
