Pool Tables And Beverage Holders?

Why are there 6 cup holders on a pool table, but no cup-holders on a 3-cushion billiard table? And Why are the cup holders on a snooker table, so tiny?

well pool is an american game so they have to accomodate for the supermegagulp cup sizes.

Snooker tables only have to accomodate a nice cup of tea, being a product of the british empire.

3 cushion billiards is played by camels.
