Pool Toy Help?

i just went out and bought a "subskate" its an underwater skateboard type thing. could anyone please explain to me what it is meant for and what it does. Also how to use it? :) Thanks!!

The subskate is made to teach children balance. They stand on the board and then try to remain on it as long as possible. It is similar to the board on a ball that the skate boarders use to learn balance. this one does virtually the smae thing, but underwater.
