Pool Volley? Was I cheating?

I went up for the spike and I hit it...but my cousin thinks that I was cheating because I splash water in his face when I jumped. I didn't do it on purpose.... Was I cheating?

It's not a real game.  Decide the rules beforehand!  And tell your cousin to quit being a sissy.  Points go to you for using the nice "splash" strategy!

Yes, you were cheating.

The rule says that you would have to clear all foreign objects from your volleyball court (including water) before starting your game.

Just kidding... sounds like you had a fun family gather-together, in that scenario we should stay out of your family business :)

By all means you should settle with your cousin "privately" instead of bringing the issue to a public court... had he decided to quit, who would you cheat next?
