My swimming pool is alittle green what do i do

Calculate your pool volume or have the pool supply place do it.  Also take them a water sample from your pool.  Buy enough liquid Chlorine Sodium Hypo Chlorite to bring the pool up to 5 ppm chlorine. Do this when the sun is off the pool.  Leave pump on for the evening.  If this does not work do it again the following day, same time, with double the amount of chlorine.

Before swimming, check the chlorine level with your test kit.  It should be in the 1-3ppm range.

buy algaecide or shock and pour it in after swimming is done for the day

All you have to do is throw a handful of shock in it, esp. if youre not using chlorine.  You should put chlorine in it and then vaccum it out.
