  1. In spite of your missdirected question, there really is an answer from this category.  Three-cushion billiard tables are often heated to assure consistant performance.

3C billiard tables are usually 5 by 10 feet and do NOT have pockets.  The object of the game is to control the direction of your cue ball and make it strike the other two object balls.

  2. Heat pumps ar considered more efficient than gas heaters. They compress a refrigerant that is exposed to warm air which heats it more, then expose this heat to your pool water. They do not require a gas line but need 30-50 amps electrical and beefy wiring to match.

Whats even MORE efficient is a heat exchanger which is more similar to an automobile radiator....the device is installed in your home's attic, and takes the heat from your attic and transfers it to your pool water...3 amps...15.00 dollars a month to heat your pool is the companies claim, but installation is more expensive...here is a link:  http://www.swimming-pool-information.com...

Of course there is also electric element heaters which heat an element that is exposed to pool water....used mostly on spas,VERY expensive way to heat pool(energy cost)

  3. Sometimes when I'm really in the zone and shooting good I like to think I'm on fire.  Fire is hot, so I guess you might say that in that logic, I'm a pool heater and I like to pump the heat to my fans.  Yeah!

  4. Do you have a clue what catagory you are in??????

  5. heat pumps for pools are the new enviromently friendly way to heat your pool.  heat pumps act the same way as your one that heats and cools your home.  it takes the warm air and takes it to your pool heating it up that way.  they may be more expensive than propane heaters but a lot less cheaper to run month to month like $200 for a propane vs. $30 for a heat pump.  if you are looking at getting one make sure you get one with a titanium coil that way the ph in your pool doesnt eat at it like other heaters that have a coopernickel coil that when ph is low can eat at it and ruin it.  i would also recommend the brand aquacal they are worth it!
