Pool light dangerous

ok so i live in a trailer park and then yesterday i saw the pool light was floating with its cable and everything so i just got out of the pool because i tought it was dangerous. can that light be dangerous?

  1. it can be dangerous if  touch it....but swimming around it its ok


  2. Swimming pool lights are meant to be submerged and get wet. You will be fine. Even when they are in the wall there is water behind the light and cord. Sounds like it simply needs to be screwed back in to the niche.
