Pool liner came off..?

Question

ok so i was dumb in draining all the water out of my inground pool so i could get a better clean ..give me a break , i bought a house and i am new at this pool thing ...

So i guess the liner shrunk because some part of the top borders came off , is there anyway i can fix it .

If it is small enough hole and liner around all sides of the hole, you could patch it.  Go to the local pool store (or perhaps Walmart these days) and look for a repair kit - plastic and underwater glue.
